Once the demolition of the existing bathroom was completed he was presented with many additional issues, James dealt with these issues in a highly professional manner. James showed good project management skills and managed his pool of subcontractors very effectively which allowed for the project to be completed to a high standard on schedule. We found James to be extremely trustworthy and had no issue with him having a key and working in our house while we were not there.
