JMC Build is founded by James Clarke, a Licensed Building Practitioner and Certified Builder. Our company is passionate about creating spaces that stand the test of time. With a strong foundation built on integrity, we deliver high quality building solutions.
Our team takes pride in combining modern construction techniques with a personal approach to ensure every project exceeds expectations. From concept to completion, we work closely with architects and clients to bring their vision to life - on time, within budget, and with unmatched attention to detail.

James began building in 2006 and quickly become passionate about the trade. He completed his apprenticeship and soon became a licensed building practitioner. He has since completed a wide range of projects from multi-million dollar residential new builds to extensive renovations, decking, fencing and retaining walls
James also spent 2 years in London project managing and working on luxury home renovations & high-end new builds. James is passionate about building with perfection and efficiency. With experience in both the high-spec and the group housing industries, James has developed a faultless method of building to the highest quality as efficiently as possible.

Our team doesn’t just consist of the awesome builders who work for us, it extends to our superior network of subcontractors. James has put a lot of time and effort into securing the best network of subcontractors around so your whole build process runs seamlessly.
Every job has a dedicated site foreman and is overseen by James. Both the site foreman and James work together to ensure every detail is accounted for and the schedule runs as efficiently as possible.
