Our Seaview Road project was an extensive and technically demanding transformation that required careful planning, specialist expertise and skilled execution. The existing home was temporarily propped and supported while we excavated beneath it to create an entirely new basement level. Once the structural work was complete, we carried out a full high-spec renovation of the upper floor. The result is a beautifully considered home that maximises the potential of the site while showcasing quality craftsmanship, refined finishes and highly functional living spaces.
