This extensive Waiake project involved a complete reclad and internal strip-out, giving us the opportunity to rebuild the home from the outside in. The exterior envelope was carefully renewed to provide a durable, weathertight finish, while the interior was comprehensively renovated to create a fresh, modern home tailored to the way our clients live. As with any major reclad, the project revealed some unknowns along the way, making clear communication, careful planning and a collaborative approach essential throughout.
